The PVW 18–Hole Golf Group is a non-handicap “league”. We believe in “Paradise Golf”. The primary purpose is to go out, get some exercise, “fresh Florida air” and have fun playing (at) golf.

The 18–Hole Group is open to all, regardless of skill level. You can choose whatever Tee-Box makes you most comfortable. The only requirement is that you play at or faster than the courses’ Pace of Play Requirements.  We Play “Ready Golf” and recommend that if you haven’t reached the green in Par Strokes, you pick up, drop on the green, and putt. We believe that a round of Golf is an opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of your friends and neighbors, not to worry about becoming a pro!

We enjoy playing EARLY in the day (finished before it’s too hot) on Mondays and Wednesdays with the same Start-Times each week.  The Links of Boynton Beach is a 6 minute drive from PVW (on Jog Road just south of Park Vista High School) with the first foursome off at 7:00 AM. 

Since our early Tee-Times and our sub-4 hour rounds have us finishing around Brunch time, most of the golfers “do lunch” together after completing their round.

If you play now, or you used to play but didn’t have the time to waste 5 to 6 hours on a Crowded Northern Golf Course – Now Is The Time to give it a try.  You can play 18 holes of golf, have lunch at a wide choice of places and still have plenty of time to do things in the afternoon – including NAP!

Scheduling

All groupings and tee times are scheduled by email.  Once you join the group you will be included on the golf schedules unless you notify the scheduler that you will not be available.  Since all groupings and tee times are reported to the golf courses 8 – 10 days in advance you should advise the scheduler at least 10 days in advance that you will not be available (unforeseen circumstances are an exception).

Send a note to that address and we’ll use your return address to send you copies of our weekly groupings and schedules.  We won’t Schedule you until you OPT-IN, You can opt-in or opt-out at any time. You can play as a “Regular” or “once in a while”.  As long as you request a placement while there is still space in an unfilled group, you will be accommodated.
